Current-Advisory and strategic role representing the USCSA within the industry and among college athletes-Assist the Board of Directors and all organizational committees to drive the USCSA forward towards its strategic vision, which includes regular engagement with external partners and stakeholders, a continued understanding of industry trends, awareness of USCSA priorities, and consistent tracking of the five-year strategic plan implemented in 2022-Efficiently and effectively manage the daily operations of the USCSA to fully achieve its mission and maximize value to all members and stakeholders.The USCSA is the preeminent governing body for collegiate team ski racing and snowboarding in America. Made up of over 145 member colleges and universities and 5,000 student athletes, the USCSA holds competitions across 11 Conferences in the United States, culminating in 6 Regional Competitions and the U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snowboard National Championships in March of each year. The USCSA is unique because we value team competition first and foremost, with camaraderie and fellowship at the heart of our organization.The USCSA’s mission is to be the national governing body of collegiate team ski and snowboard competition in the United States; to promote and increase awareness of and participation in alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, free skiing and snowboarding; and to provide competition and development opportunities for student athletes in a team atmosphere leading toward U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snowboard National Championships in each discipline.
