The product empowers farmers to grow crops more efficiently and environmentally friendly by providing farmers a platform where they can run their entire company - planning, analytics and workflows. All in one.I worked with developers, designers and other PMs to make the company vision happen via end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering until product launch. I put a lot of effort into actually understanding users' needs, creating and testing prototypes with them and making decisions based on their feedback. Learned the hard way the importance of delivering the value quickly. Tested out different user metrics on a product analytics tool to make conclusions.
