    The position was related to the Group program that merges Braas-Monier and Icopal businesses into one and implement one ERP (SAP) to all business sites and countries over BMI Group to replace close to 50 independent ERPs. Main responsibilities: Day to day interaction with BPM, solution architects, functional analysts and operational/country user community; Knowledge transfer to country SMEs; Primary point of contact for the operational/country user community; Presenting the EWM/IM solution to the business; Support the business through change impact assessment process including understanding impact of deployments options; Support the business in preparing for the solution deployment.Since April 2021 I have been involved in implementing the new version of SAP in the UK, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Then followed by France and Benelux.No direct reporters to me. I reported to the BMI Logistics Program director in Luxembourg and BPE team lead in the UK.In 2021 I took an additional challenge as Project Manager to lead the Norway central distribution terminal relocation in Oslo. I was responsible for preparing the new site's physical readiness for EWM that also included an automatic storage solution by Swisslog and Atlas pallet shuttle system.I was responsible for planning and managing the stock move (about 7000 pallets of goods). During the stock move I was also involved in daily business management in the new Oslo warehouse for about 20 people. For this project I reported to the MD of BMI Norway.From Spring 2022 I started to map the warehouse processes in Germany, France and Netherland for input for mobile computer solutions for the yards for better efficiency. Later also the solution tester and validator to support business to build suitable tools for BMI that is linked with SAP EWM. Here I reported to the Group Customer Service & Logistics Director.
