Learning, Creativity & Hard Work, I can define myself by these three words. Learning is the way where I always love to walk. It's a continuous process of gaining knowledge to upgrade myself to compete with the future world, especially for the 21st Century. Another addiction of mine is to complete my work in a creative way that can be groundbreaking. I believe in putting in hard work to achieve the finest result possible. For my own personal development, I've completed some online & offline courses, organize some programmes and some other activities. The main purpose is to Reskill and Upskill of myself to adapt in future competitive world. In 2021, Team Dhumketu from Bangladesh, Participated in Hult Prize Mumbai Summit, where I was the leader. I try to follow laissez-faire leadership style. But I'm always focused on deadlines which keeps me on right track.
