I have 11 years' experience working as PMO at Hexaware, where I've had the opportunity to work with many large multinational clients such as LeasePlan, Credit Suisse, Russell Investments, London Stock Exchange, Dexia Belfius, BNP Paripas and Fleetcor. My expertise lies in defining delivery frameworks, processes and controls to ensure quality, timelines, compliance, resourcing and financials are fully met in the program delivery cycle. I work extensively with onshore business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.At the end of 2018, I decided I wanted a bigger career challenge where I could be more involved with business strategy and execution at the senior levels of management. I joined Orchestr8 Digital as an PMO/Project Manager, and since transitioned to Account Manager and Director of the Indian subsidiary of Orchestr8 Digital, where I am responsible for the growth of the offshore team as well as growing a new service especially targeted for the Indian market - providing mentorship to local offshore companies that work extensively with Western companies, to close the cultural and quality gaps.
