The Business Employability Office as part of the University of Greenwich delivers first class employability services to students.• Promote the BSEO, specifically placement years during events, workshops and other internal activities.• Frequently deliver presentations and discuss my experiences of undertaking a placement with students and staff.• Coordinate events including Open Days, Recruitment Fairs, and presentations from professional bodies and recruiters.• Carry out one to one appointments to improve student’s CVs, and provide advice and guidance on a range of Placement Year posts.• Innovating new workshop content and delivery.

Part of the Worldwide Education team supporting 60+ subsidiaries globally, my key responsibilities included, but were not limited to:• Produced internal communications, showcasing and guiding learning and pedagogy for Microsoft Education’s products and services.• Evangelized digital transformation by sourcing and creating leads for success story write up via Worldwide Industry Team led and Field led methods.• Interviewed and worked closely with global Account Executives to discover the “real story” behind the big wins happening, before drafting and publishing the “Win Wires” into our VPs Monthly Newsletter and a series of executive communications.• Raised awareness of these “Win Wires”, including benefits and the process, improving circulation amongst teams and direct submissions of leads. One method included presenting the importance to Senior Regional and Solution Area leads.
