With over 30 years of experience across industries, I currently lead the People Practice at RRD GO Creative APAC as the Vice-President and Head, Human Resources & Communications. I am passionate about building holistic HR capabilities aligned to business priorities that enable organizational success. My conviction of HR as an equal partner and not just a support function, has led to RRD GO Creative winning global laurels for its people practices. An eye for detail and ability to break down complex problems to simple actionable steps makes me adept at strategizing, leading and executing projects that ensure successful change management within organizations. I am an advocate for diversity and inclusion and derive a deep-seated satisfaction in enabling women climb the corporate ladder to occupy leadership roles. My frank and authentic communication style coupled with the ability to identify and leverage individual strengths to build holistic teams has been the bedrock of my successful career as a people leader. Being an open-minded person with a penchant for traveling, I love exploring new places and creating memories. I am currently based out of Bangalore with my anchor – my family!
