Chief Mediator/Trainer

The approach towards resolution already starts with this.Being a mediator caps it all. Warring parties where the first thing to break down in communication starts opening up and share their deepest stories with each other. Facilitating this transition is pure soul-satisfying, any mediator would agree with me. Especially the mediators who has been lawyers as well will vouch for this. Show less
