In 2006, I was introduced to the world of HR and recruiting, and I haven’t looked back since. Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping organizations build their teams, processes, and frameworks, transforming countless businesses into thriving, efficient entities.At LivePerson, I’ve had the privilege of leading a global talent acquisition team that has hired over 2,200 professionals across key global markets. Together, we’ve redefined hiring processes, reducing time-to-fill and increasing offer acceptance rates, all while embedding diversity and inclusion at every stage. Whether it was building talent pipelines in new markets like India, Bulgaria, and Poland, or recruiting visionary executives, I’ve embraced challenges that demanded innovation, precision, and a strategic mindset. One of my proudest accomplishments has been leading the HR strategy for Claire Health, a joint venture between LivePerson and Pasaca Capital. There, I helped lay the foundation for a thriving remote-first organization, crafting HR policies, scaling operations, and building a leadership team from scratch. These experiences reinforced my belief in the power of culture to transform workplaces and drive engagement in even the most complex environments. Today, as I continue my journey, I remain committed to helping organizations scale by aligning their talent strategies with business goals.
