• Identifying and marking up of corrosion loops as applicable to BuildMe Risk Based Inspection (RBI) based on API recommended Practices 580 and 581. • Defining the key corrosion threats (both internal and external corrosion) and preparing the risk matrix.• Understanding the typical appearance and occurrence of the threats.• Identifying conditions and actions to prevent and mitigate the risks.• Conducting workshops with the client in order to finalize the loops based on the client’s operational envelop inspection frequencies and maintenance schedule.• Integrating the corrosion loop information as a source document for Shell-RBI software and aligning them with the Material Selection Report (MSR).• Assigning processes and corrosion descriptions to the relevant loops based on the Process Safety Manual, MSR and workshops conducted.• Creating the Consequence of Failure (CoF) database for applicable fixed equipments based on the tag numbers assigned in the field.• Marking up Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and final marking up of the Piping and Instrument Drawings (P&ID) for client submission.

• Developing Master Tag Register for a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) build, Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) build, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) build and the Central Processing Facility (CPF) build for INPEX.• Database development for implementing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).• Updating and monitoring of document register and assigning Piping and Instrument Diagrams to the Sharjah Team Members for the Build.• Managing Problem/ Query Register based on the meetings conducted with the team and the consultants involved.• Assisting the Project Data Lead on Quality Control activities in order to achieve an Acceptance Quality Limit of 6.5%.• Aligning the Hierarchy of the MEL build in order to meet client expectation.• Undertaking AC1 check comments from the client and implementing them to the build to improve the quality of final submission.• Writing weekly reports for the in house project team and monthly reports for the project manager in order to estimate the progress of the project.

• Preparing project execution plans, pre-planning and resource forecasting as per the BMS guidelines and procedures.• Monitoring Cost-revenue-margin of the project on a weekly basis.• Estimating the sales line forecast of upcoming projects and estimating the impact on the delivery of the current projects.• Helping in inter-discipline coordination and ensuring that the overall quality control checks are executed before client delivery.• Client end communication - Project progress update, request for information if any, estimated end date discussion, enquiring about additional opportunities if any etc.• Determining the variance around the scope of work if any and raising a variation order (VO).• Updating status of the project in Primavera to determine the progress and impact. • Organizing kick off meetings and coordinating weekly/monthly project progress calls with the client.• Developing invoices (monthly) for the completed piece of work, % approval before sign off and communicating with the client regarding the sign off of the invoice.• Coordinating with the logistics team on the travel, visa requirements, HSSE requirements if any, letter of intent (LOI) etc in advance.• Communicating with Sub contractors to ensure project target completion.• Projects worked on during the time period include: PE Zadco, AL-RAR AIV Study, Dragon Oil Maintenance Build Implementation, BP Khazzan Maintenance Build, BP Khazzan AIV/FIV Study, Cairn Integrity Audit RJ Assets and OCP Borwin 3.
