I have worked in laser industry as a laser system intigrator engineer in laser industry My role in is field is to Install ,sell and maintain high power Nd:YAG laser,CO2,Robot&CNC used for laser welding,cutting,trimming,marking,drilling&hardening system .I have performed customized automation according to the customers requirement. All this installation was done of synchronizing the following:  Optical axis alignment between the mirrors (PUMPING CHAMPER),  Fiber input housing Fiber optics alignment,  Beam spot alignment, Laser power curve calibration of adjusting the power supply output, Laser communication embedded node parameter setup Interfacing software with Laser output to CNC or Robot. Advance interface connection & protocol setup Hardware communication cable between (Laser &CNC or Robot). Pilot beam & camera alignment for focus point, Cutting head optics alignment, CNC , ROBOT,CHILLER & STABILIZER installation After achieved the above said skilled effort were made to meet the costumers need on the application point of view. f.
