Manage both scheduling and non-scheduling tasks such as screening profiles, handling scheduling loops, comparing and validating profiles across various recruiting platforms.Generate ideas for process enhancement and actively engage in continuous improvement and Lean projects. Find possible candidates, draw them in, and interact with them. Send text messages, voicemails, letters, and phone calls to candidates. Discuss the pay rate and try to close applicants with a minimum markup of 40%. Gather the necessary information and RTR (Right to Represent) work authorization from the candidates to close them. Liaise with the companies that use subcontractors. Work with candidates to arrange updates on the interview process, from the interview to onboarding.Modify the applicant's profile in accordance with the needs of the customer and send it to the onboarding staff.
