Key Responsibilities- ETL team lead for 11 members with development in Informatica, CAW, SQL, DB2 and Unix in Agile methodology- Design, develop and implement ETL process with Informatica to load data from source system to Operational Data Store and Data Warehouse e.g MDM, CastIron and Salesforce.- Develop automate process to reduce manual process- Design and build the automated process flow with scheduling tool - CA workflow automation.- Work closely with Business Analyst to understand business requirements and to ensure code delivered meet the requirements.- Work closely with vendor team and onshore technical lead - Work closely with data modeler team for data modeling to make sure it is designed as per requirement and also for performance tuning- Work closely with Project Manager for development efforts estimation with timeline.- Work closely with QA team for defects status and planning for release. Defect analysis report is prepared for next action plan - Finalize the code that need to migrate to SIT and production environment. Work closely with release and deployment team on deployment process and prepar Implementation Plan. Code migration for UAT and Production Environment is handled by release and deployment team. - Allocate assignments to team members and provide necessary guidance to make sure deadline is met an develop as per requirement.- Monitor production cycle and provide support for failure to make sure daily process - Provide necessary technical advise and assist team members to solve issues.- Doing code review for team members to maintain quality of code delivered- Conduct unit testing and preparing technical documentation. - Arrange technical training and knowledge sharing to avoid missing key man risk- Prepare management report e.g. team status, governance report and SLA report- Make sure necessary documents prepared for audit purpose and also follow SDLC processes- Involve in hiring for team member and do staff appraisal

Joined the company as developer to support and maintain treasury and portfolio management system. Responsible to provide support to customer service team and project management teams e.g. data migration, data conversion and version upgrade. Visit customer side was required. Responsible for application and infrastructure support, system monitoring, fault analyst and diagnostics. I needed to be multitasking to handle few projects at the same by working in a team or independently. Later I was transferred to handle a project which developed a new treasury and portfolio system. The system yet to launch to market. I handled development in VB6 and SQL database. I was the main person who developed a set of reporting for treasury and portfolio system by using Brio Intelligence.
