I am a B.Tech student at Pandit Deendayal Energy University, fueled by my dual passions for graphic design and quizzing. Since July 2023, I have proudly held the position of Graphic Design Head at Mind-Ripple, the quizzing club of PDEU, leading a talented team in crafting visually captivating and intellectually stimulating experiences for our members and audience.In addition to my commitment to Mind-Ripple, I've recently embarked on a professional journey as a Business Analyst at OneLab Ventures. This role at a software development company specializing in early-stage startups holds a special place in my professional journey, where I actively contribute my analytical skills to propel innovative projects and business strategies.Simultaneously, my involvement with TEDxPDEU in the curation department has provided me with a unique opportunity to directly impact the speaker selection process. In this role, I am responsible for handling communication with speakers, drafting speeches, overseeing hospitality, transport, and other crucial aspects. This hands-on experience has sharpened my organizational and communication skills, allowing me to contribute significantly to the success of TEDxPDEU events.Balancing these diverse roles, my priorities align with making impactful contributions at OneLab Ventures, followed by my responsibilities at TEDxPDEU and Mind-Ripple. Each role holds its unique challenges and rewards, and I am committed to excelling in all aspects, be it contributing to innovative software solutions, curating inspiring TEDx events, or creating engaging quizzing experiences.
