Responsibilities of Raw material and Finish goods inspection.Prepare WPS, PQR, WPQ approval according to CSA-CWB & ASME Sec IX.Dimensional and Visual inspection in various stages (Fabrication & Galvanizing product) at in-house and vendorsite.Provide pre-dispatch inspection reports to the customer, based on required standards.Witnessing NDT test like MPT and PT.Prepare Non-conformance report & carried out root cause analysis.Carried out Defect analysis and prepared CAPA.Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.Submitting monthly Rejection Data.Prepare WPS, PQR, WPQ approval according to EN ISO & ASME Sec IX.Support Department to prepare for ISO audit (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO45001:2018).Prepare and maintain all controlled document files like inspection reports and test records in a timely andaccurate manner as per QMS standards.
