I am responsible for managing and coordinating release planning, ensuring quality control, and providing deployment support across all the environments.I also schedule and drive regular business meetings, Go/No-Go, release readiness reviews, release retrospection, RCA, and similar meetings to discuss release deliverables. Furthermore, I publish release roadmap, release scope and other release artifacts such as release implementation design document / cut over plan / roll back plan for all the releases separately and maintained /stored all the documents in central repository to adhere with process compliance.Some of my key skills are ITIL, Release & Deployment, ServiceNow/Remedy, AzureDevOps/ALM, CSPO, SharePoint, CMDB, Incident Management, Outage communication, Audit management and a few more.In past, I have also managed a team to provide enterprise support for banking products along with weekends deployment.
