Current Responsibilities: - To identify potential suppliers, evaluating their core competencies, supplying abilities, terms and conditions, and so on. Selecting the best suitable supplier to achieve optimal outcome in terms of cost, quality and delivery targets. - To co-ordinate with Production, Planning, and Store departments in order to strategies monthly procurement plan. - To place orders as per the purchase requisition/indents. Also, decide technical and commercial terms of PO. - To check and take follow-up of PO. To bring actual status of ordered material through progressive status report & photographs. - To receive all ordered materials along with duplicate copy of PO, delivery chalan, invoice, MTC and inspection report. - To send each invoice to account department after verifications of inward report/GRN along with placed PO for further payment processes. - To contract with selected vendors for regular supply at mutually agreed rates. - To plan daily and weekly work schedule of Purchase department as per the checklist. - Constantly keeping update of new projects and production line to maintain and manage inventories. - Effective cost analyses. - To make and verify effective vendor data sheet in detail. - Random audit of Purchase and Store.

Work involves Execution and develops multiple vendors, Material management, Material handling and Co-ordination with vendor as well as engaged with Planning department and Store department. As per new consignments to connect with production department as well and work potentially in Purchase.To execute the proper vendors, who can work as per drawing for different types of machines.Planning of daily and weekly work schedule.Scheduling a daily Purchase as per requirement.Procurement of the fabricated materials and other raw materials and bought out items.As per Purchase requisition to make Purchase Intend (comparative chart) and than after finalize it.To make costing sheet and take a responsibility of cost reduction.To negotiate the vendors as per market.To bring tracking sheet of whole machines from Planning department.To verify each and every invoices than after pass to Account department for further payment process as per decided terms.Every month end having a meeting with Planning department as well as Production department.To work as a leader of Planning department & Purchase department. To get involved in selection of proper vendors, who can work as per drawing for different types of materials.Make Plan Vs actual for every month and track the sheet for whole month.
