Current• Proactively drive product adoption - assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis to ensure that all clients are achieving full value realization via strategic and tactical consultation• Identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities - design and configure appropriate solutions, so that client expectations on platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled• Maintain platform relevancy - according to changes in client business needs and goals, including custom reports and platform configuration• Client onboarding - conduct platform training to ensure that all client users are onboarded, up-to-date on platform use, best practices, functionality and new feature enhancements• Technical Consultation - Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirements• Churn Prediction - Share insights on client health with Sales and Success Teams to strategize and manage churn
