The best lesson I have learnt as a sportsperson all my life is even if you fall while playing, pick yourself up and focus on the next point. This ‘never give up’ attitude has helped me in the people development work I do. My career started with an Assessment Development Centre Consulting company which was an unusual way to start a career during the early 2000s. Having worked with independent consultants and academic institutions, the approach I bring to the table is by marrying theory with practice. I have got hands on experience in the areas of Assessment and Development Centre, facilitation of Leadership Workshops, Competency Mapping, Behavioral Event Interviewing and Personality Assessments.
