I am an enthusiastic and committed professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. I have working experience in management, consulting, research and regulatory, focussing on environmental management, especially in the field of agrochemicals (conventional chemicals and biologicals), and IT industries.I am a huge people person, which helps me to lead multi-cultural and interdisciplinary mixed (onsite and remote) teams.Previously, I performed environmental fate risk assessments for Plant Protection Products (PPP) using simulation models as per EFSA and EU country-specific requirements. I have been working as a EMEA Registration and Regulatory Manager. I develop and implement strategies for active substance renewals and products, advice and lead collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. I also lead the preparation of labels and MSDSs according to CLP and REACH regulations.I enhanced my business and strategic skills by doing an Executive MBA, and an additional course on ''Analysis of Competition Law and Enforcement across Countries'' from Yale School of Management. An evidence to my analytical and conceptual thinking is the PhD, I did from Helmholtz Zentrum, Munich, the German Research Centre for Environmental Health, in close co-operation with European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC), Ispra, in Italy.I am born and educated in India. A successful experience of studying, working and living in Germany and Spain is a further testimony to my open-minded, courageous, and a flexible attitude. I adapt smoothly to diverse situations and manage change effectively.
