With over 15 years in public accounting, Chris leads a small team of talented professionals that provide audit and assurance services (such as reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures) to organizations of varying size, corporate structure, and industries. Additionally, he enjoys helping small to medium sized entities and non-profits evaluate their internal controls and adopt industry specific best practices to allow them to grow and thrive as organizations.While Chris has worked with a variety of industries including manufacturing, franchisors, and service organizations, he has significant experience in working with nonprofit organizations, construction companies, charter schools, and governmental entities. Public accounting and work life balance don’t always go hand in hand. However, Chris strives to champion a true balanced lifestyle so that he and his employees can focus on spending the time doing the things they enjoy with the people they love. As a father of three and husband to his wife Rachel (whom also works with him at Veris) this is everything! Leading with compassion and empathy are the highest priority as a Partner at Veris CPA.
