As a Vehicle Dynamics Development Engineer at Volvo Cars Corporation, I was responsible for developing and testing Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems, Traction Control Systems (TCS), Torque vectoring, Regenerative braking, Hill Decent Control (HDC) for a range of Volvo and Polestar vehicles. KTH Formula Student participates in various European competitions. My responsibilities included: - Led the design and implementation of the suspension and steering system for eV11, the first successful Swedish electric Formula Student car and the successor eV12.- Spearheaded testing and tire data analysis to optimise handling and grip, significantly enhancing vehicle dynamics.- Engineered front and rear suspension geometries, achieving desired characteristics and efficient integration.- Conducted advanced vehicle simulations with OptimumK and IPG Carmaker, focusing on improving suspension's steady-state performance.- Served as the lead Race Engineer, directing the development of dynamic control systems, including a comprehensive Traction Control System (TCS) and Torque Vectoring, using Simulink and dSPACE for real-time implementation. eV11 was the first Electric car from Sweden to successfully compete in all events in any Formula student competition held at Silverstone circuit, UK in July 2015 which was awarded the "Most energy efficient car" in the competition scoring full points in Efficiency event
