I hold a BS in Business Administration from Central Pennsylvania College and have developed multiple skills and competencies in employee benefits, HR administration, workforce performance, and compliance. I have successfully implemented several strategic HR projects and programs that have enhanced culture, reputation, and performance for my employers.
