Current• Develops and collaborates effectively to implement cultural and bilingual initiatives to promote Hispanic, AAPI,and Native American heritage, ensuring inclusivity and community engagement.• Oversees a budget exceeding $25,000, managing financial operations including requisitions, vendor relationships,MOUs, and purchase order processing through MUNIS.• Participates in promotional opportunities for Library initiatives which have included television, radio and printmedia.• Coordinated and moderated panels for AAPI Let's Talk Race event, interview panel for authors Reyna Grande,Anika Denise, and workshops with Native author Angela Locklear, and Native non-profit Indigenize SC.• Fosters strategic partnerships and coordinates programming with multicutural local organizations, authors, volunteers, athletes, universities, school districts, non-profits, enhancing community outreach and educational opportunities.• Delivers comprehensive staff training, evaluates team performance, and optimizes workflow and resource allocation.• Provides consultation or recommendations to management regarding space use and matters related to space reservation
