Entrusted with Business Lead Role for Haier Smart Laundry (fully owned Haier Subsidiary in India ) leading the Pay-per-Use Laundry business.Additional roles as - Category Lead for Robot Vacuum Cleaners. (Launched Product in India) - Category Lead for Haier Smart Home. (Technology, Communication & Consumer Insights)Prior to this, I've managed the Retail expansion & Brand experience at Kohler India with their 700 + Retail Stores and 2 Experience Centers, introduced brand "American Standard" to India for Lixil India (Grohe, American Standard & Inax) for long term retail and brand strategy and also Initiated the Digital Marketing vertical for the Brand American Standard in India.I’ve experience in Leading & Developing Business, Product management, Retail marketing, Channel Strategy and Go-To-Markets plans, including Brand Identity Design, Creative briefings for campaigns and measuring effectiveness of marketing programs, leading the marketing team to success working with global & cross-functional teams along with leadership members and managing stakeholders. Academically, I'm a Full time MBA (Marketing & IT) 2001 Batch and Digital Marketing certification from MICA (2015) with cross-functional and cross-industry work experiences.
