About Lori Verchot Carpenter

I'm a people person who seeks team and community in all facets of life. Facilitating team cohesion; helping to bridge communication gaps between different specialists; delighting a colleague with a researched answer to a question they didn’t even realize they’d voiced—these are what make me excited to come to work each morning.I'm a dynamic storyteller with a rich and diverse work history. I use my experience to help each client discover what they need to achieve their goals. I have worked as everything from a graphic designer to a trainer and curriculum development leader. Along the way I've led projects focused on community outreach, created and implemented communications plans, planned events large and small and even spent a little time learning and eventually teaching Improv comedy. I am energized by working with individuals and teams and getting the opportunity to learn more about their work and how I can best provide support, bring perspective, or add value to every project.
