CurrentAs the Officer in Charge (OIC) of dairy and frozen product categories, I oversee comprehensive sales operations, ensuring efficiency across multiple functions, including:1) Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage inventory and coordinate second-leg transportation, ensuring timely delivery of goods to distributors.2) Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding retail presence, boosting sales, and optimizing distribution through retailers and Distributors3) Branch Operations: Facilitate the branch's operations with an annual turnover exceeding ₹60 crore, focusing on improving market share and profitability.4) Market Expansion & Distributor Network: Spearhead efforts to expand into new markets, appoint distributors, and strengthen rural market coverage.5) BTL Marketing & Product Promotions: Plan and implement below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, product drives, and awareness campaigns to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.6) Route Planning: Ensure efficient route planning for dispatching goods, improving delivery times and coverage.
