Work included taking over the huge atrium at Westfield London in May 2011, an event at the Broadgate Circle in the City of London to celebrate their first-year anniversary of flying into London and leveraging their sponsorship of the British MotoGP and F1 team (Team Lotus) at Silverstone in 2010 and 2011. The account win and initial project was achieved solely through building a relationship via the phone and email as client was based in Kuala Lumpur- Produced multi layered campaign for Nestle covering events (BBC Good Food, Grand Designs Live, Taste), in store and shopping centre activations integrating product demos, promotions, sponsorship and social media. Over 4,600 Dolce Gusto coffee machines were sold during the campaign and loyal brand advocates created - Created nationwide campaign for Cancer Research UK and developed bespoke data capture/payment software and EDM/social elements – over 6,000 live sign-ups and validated on-line uplift ranging from 50-57% per location- Full responsibility for COI/DoH account which had many stakeholders - delivered 5 large scale national campaigns, exceeded gross profit targets and appointed to an annual contract two years’ running - Reduced the key measure of Cost Per Acquisition for COI/DoH tobacco control account to make F2F the second most cost-effective channel for recruiting quitters (3x more effective than DM and 4x more than direct TV)- Created training programme to up-skill core staff for COI/DoH to fill resource gap with local NHS services -
