I've had the opportunity to work across the textile and fashion value chain working with a brand, a garment export house, a pioneer B2C Fashion Ecommerce Marketplace, one of the most reputed textile mills in India, and currently heading businesses in textile sourcing and responsible for building new businesses and opportunities across the textile value chain to make Fashion Better and Greener. Passionate about helping people, I also involve myself in coaching and consulting, academics, and content projects whenever I can. I've done performance coaching facilitating individual and organization growth by developing strategies, processes and skills to win business through a wide range of validated solutions.
