Handling manufacturing operations of Commercial air conditioning , Ductables , VRF, Telecom,Chillers

 Responsible for Entire Domestic Watch component Operations of Plant.  Developed Standard time and standard output of all the manufacturing processes. Capacity and resource evaluation of Plant. Initiated Productivity Improvement projects in different processes and area, improvement done by increase in 40% efficiency. Manufacturing shop floor layout and making amendments. Identifying the mudas/wastages (NVA) and thus acted upon it to improve the efficiency level. Worked with production team to identify the skill gap and made the skill matrix. Calculating ,monitoring of departmental operational efficiency, operator wise efficiency and thus framing the operator wise improvement plan by providing necessary training level in his work. Monthly business planning with planning department. Monitoring the downtime of production and acting on the concrete action plan.
