•Conducted field interviews, skill assessments, and extracted relevant content from nearly 250pages of published literature to design new virtual learning sequence. • Performed analytics on the question difficulty, question discrimination, and standard deviationsof student performance on skill assessments used to measure and report student success. Usedanalytics findings to construct a new skill assessment with A/B testing to ensure assessmentsperformed as desired.• Drove improvement efforts to increase the utilization efficiency of student success tracking spread sheets for internal use and university. • Performed behavioral observations to identify the areas of automation and recognization based on user usability. Improvement to spreadsheets decreased data input times from one hour per class to five minutes.

• A team of 14 SCAD students assisted The Home Depot UX team in research and development focusing on an expanded digital experience that would enable customers to use the mobile app to improve their DIY home projects.ContributionI worked as a User Experience designer conducting research, coming up with multiple innovative solutions, and designing an app feature for The Home Depot.
