Voltz is a Brazilian electric motorcycle company that changed the national mobility sector by creating technological solutions for the electric vehicle ecosystem.As a software engineer for the Support squad, I created features that improve the user experience. I worked on the development of the online support chat, help center, and a complete ticket support system integrated with Zendesk. Functionalities were built in Flutter for the Hello Voltz application using Clean Architecture.I also worked with the Commerce squad on the initiative to reduce cancellations by creating features with A/B testing for e-commerce in React using Unleash and Google Analytics. With these initiatives, it was possible to cut down cancellations by 90%.I'm currently at squad Motos developing an application from scratch in Flutter-Web, Firebase that collects and analyzes telemetry data to carry out preventive and remote maintenance.
