We first got the opportunity to work together when we were assigned to the same working group for a semester. Through my academic year at IE, I have been in a dozen of different working groups but none was as efficient as the one Amine and I shared, for two different reasons I believe. First of all, on an individual level, Amine never wasted time trying to minimise his share of the work, instead, he focused on producing the highest possible deliverables, with enormous success. Amine will not settle for "acceptable" or "decent" but he will stay in school until 3 am to make sure that it's the best he can do. Second, on a collective level, he was able to create a very pleasant working atmosphere, neutralising conflicts when they arose and making the experience of working together much more enjoyable than what it could have been. Amine excels with people, rarely have I seen someone so good at pacifying tensions and at building relationships, meaningful ones too! "
