-Was responsible for monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance with twelve federal, state and local programs that are utilized by CCHRA's Community Development Division. -Made revisions as necessary to guiding policies and procedures for implementation of regulatory requirements for all federal, state and local programs. -Performed labor compliance responsibilities, monitor sub-recipient performance, maintain tracking and oversight of all involved reporting and planning deadlines surrounding CCHRA's federal, state and local programs.

-Was responsible for the following departments: School Age Child Care, Youth Sports & Enrichment, Aquatics and Childwatch. -Held supervisory capacity for a team of full time, part time and seasonal coordinators, teachers, coaches, and counselors. -Built and managed three departmental budgets while giving additional assistance over the Childwatch expenses through the Membership department. -Created and upheld various Leadership Development initiatives for staff per YMCA of the USA. -Planned and supervised educational curriculum, programming, and social activities in each of my departments for Arlington community members. -Was responsible for complying with state licensing standards in all departments. -Continually delivered exceptional customer service to all branch employees and members in accordance with the YMCA mission.

-Held supervisory capacity for 25 full time staff members, 2 part time, and up to 7 additional seasonal staff members. -Assisted in the management of a $1.5 Million budget. -Created and upheld various Leadership Development initiatives for staff per YMCA of the USA. -Planned and supervised educational curriculum, programming, and social activities for 120 children and their families in a year-round program.-Created curriculum, planned, and hired staff for summer camp programs.
