I am a cancer survivor and co-founder of the Anticancer Lifestyle Program. I was inspired to create the program by the work of my good friend, Dr. David Servan-Schreiber, author of Anticancer: A New Way of Life. Prior to developing The ACLP, I was a freelance writer for magazines and had a regular column in Inc. magazine. I have been a frequent speaker on the impact of entrepreneurial business on families, a topic covered in my book, For Better or For Work: A Survival Guide for Entrepreneurs and Their Families. I also worked with my husband, Gary, in the early years of our business, Stonyfield Yogurt.
