After that time, I remained on the Executive team and the Board of Directors, continuing as Trustee of the Company's Qualified Retirement Plans and Managing Member of Aptima Ventures, LLC, a commercial spin-off.I possess over 35 years of experience in contract administration, government cost accounting, human resource management, bid estimation, national security, and project management. I have a history of designing, implementing, and managing all accounting and administrative aspects of growing business organizations and am experienced in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as it relates to Government contractors.Prior to co-founding Aptima, I held the positions of Controller and Vice President of Administration and Finance at Alphatech (now BAE Systems).I began my career at Raytheon, where I spent two years in an intensive Contracts Management Training Program at various divisions of the company, including Raytheon Service Co., the Submarine Signal Division, and the Missile Systems Division.
