I am currently working my third season at Chester Zoo as Retail Artist. The position entails: -'Handimals' which is taking customer hand prints and painting them to look like animals, which they can take home as souvenirs, -Working in the face paint studio; painting faces and up selling photo packages.-Letter Art: turning customers names in to animal shaped name art.-Fossil digs, processing customers for a fossil dig in the sand pits, helping customers identify fossils and ensuring the surface isn't slippy from the sand.-Working in the the shops through out the zoo; processing payments, restocking, cashing up, checking floats and labelling products.-General cleaning jobs such as ensuring the Face Painting Studio follows all health and safety regulations, mopping the shop floors every evening and emptying bins.-I am also responsible for using the compressor to inflate balloons and for putting out the boats/putting them together.

Exchequer Solutions is a payroll provider for agencies mainly working under the Umbrella work scheme, but also Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and Freelance.I was the person responsible for dealing with the CIS and Freelance contractors, which involves registering them for the correct tax amount with the HMRC, guiding them through each step to get them processed for payroll, entering their information on to the IQX database whilst being sure not to make any errors as I handle private information such as bank details.I would have a three step chase for my sub contractors to get appropriate ID to make sure they can legally work in this country.This involves a lot of liaising with clients and dealing with complaints as I would have to put their accounts on stop if they are not fully compliant.It was my job to accurately export each sub contractor on to the payroll software using, Excel, Access and Transaction Broker to ensure prompt payment.I'd help out in the compliance department with matching up documents to contractors registration forms and filing or scanning the corresponding documents and registration forms.
