Coordinated the membership, certification, journal, conference, educational offering, and individual giving marketing efforts for the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN); its certification arm, the Rehabilitation Nursing Certification Board (RNCB); and its charitable giving arm, the Rehabilitation Nursing Foundation (RNF).Key accomplishments included:- Developed and implemented integrated marketing plans to support ARN tent pole events, including annual conference, Nurses Month, Certified Nurses Day, and more.- 2020 conference digital marketing campaign achieved 35% increase in the average email open rate and a digital ad strategy that generated attributable registration conversions totaling $20k return on investment.- Certified Nurses Day 2021 digital marketing plan contributed to 52% increase in new web audience compared to previous year’s campaign and 240% increase in social media engagement during week of campaign compared to baseline average.- Responsible for all event branding collateral including serving as the final sign-off on event campaign email, print, and digital advertising collateral.- Designed, implemented certification marketing plan with goal of rapidly growing the program. One-year post launch, ARN certification revenue was forecasted 30% higher than 2020 and 5% higher than pre-pandemic 2019.- Created and implemented comprehensive membership recruitment and retention marketing plan. Led team toward improving membership retention by 8% in first 8 months of 2021 compared to 2019 numbers. Lapsed member automated email campaign resulted in 3% conversion rate of previously lapsed members rejoining in first 2 months of campaign run.- Led strategic overhaul of association blast email program. Efforts resulted in 23% increase in average email open rates, 47% increase in clicks, and 60% drop in unsubscribes in first year.
