I focus my work on customer service. All of my positions have had a direct goal of putting the customer first, and that has taught me a variety of key skills that I plan to apply to any future job. I am adaptable to any situation, motivated to get jobs done well and in a timely manner, and as much as I welcome specific instruction, I don't require it to get tasks done. My positions have all had a spotlight on serving the customers and making sure that their satisfaction is high. I have had to manage situations from problem solving under pressure to handling difficult personalities. I have learned a great deal about myself including the following: I am a natural leader.- I certainly love to see myself succeed, but I find greater joy in helping my coworkers and peers succeed as well. - I love to motivate others and keep a positive atmosphere, always.- I learn quickly, which often puts me in a situation of helping others learn as well, and I enjoy it. - I can adapt to different situations to make the best of any circumstance. I hold myself to a high standard, so perfection is always my goal. - I take feedback very well, and do not get defensive easily.- I learn and grow from my mistakes rather than get discouraged from them. - I am dependable, and always punctual (with both showing up and deadlines). - I am comfortable in asking detailed questions to aid in efficient problem solving.I enjoy meeting new people, going to new places, and facing new problems. I work well under people, as well as with people, and I like to keep the work environment positive. New ideas about how to improve my contribution are warmly welcomed.
