I currently serve as the Deputy Director at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, and the Chief of the Research and Development Center for Green Energy and Innovative Technology. Additionally, I am the CEO of the Taiwan Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Partnership. I also hold the position of Honorary Advisor at the Taiwan Legislative Association for Hydrogen and Clean Energies, and I am the Policy Research Group Convener of the Taiwan Energy Storage System Industry Promotion Alliance. For the promotion of the hydrogen and fuel cell industry and international cooperation, I am collaborating with the University of St. Andrews as a research fellow and visiting scholar in the UK. Furthermore, I lead the Taiwan Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Partnership in cooperation with international Hydrogen Associations.I specialize in researching the latest trends in net-zero initiatives, both domestically and internationally. My focus is on practical experience assisting in the formulation of government and corporate policies. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to the development of various net-zero related fields in Taiwan on international platform, including hydrogen and fuel cells, energy storage systems, smart cities, and electric vehicles.Based on my doctoral studies in environmental engineering and master's degree in public health, as well as over ten years of work experience in the field of industrial economics analysis, I specialize in commercializing the latest technologies and promoting industry and business development. I excel in cross-domain integration and establishing innovative business model collaborations. I am also actively engaged in bridging communication with stakeholders from different fields or backgrounds and assisting in problem-solving, as well as implementing technological applications.Leveraging my accumulated expertise over the past 15 years, I have contributed to collaboration between industry, government, academia, and research organizations, both domestically and internationally. I hope to provide valuable insights for government policy-making and to translate research findings into practical net-zero sustainability initiatives at the societal level. Additionally, I am actively engaged in public outreach and corporate advocacy efforts, all with the aim of making a significant contribution to achieving net-zero emissions in the future.When I'm not working, my interests include music, piano, painting, writing, sports, tending to plants, and experiencing nature! I especially enjoy exploring new places, creative ideas and knowledge!
