As a DSMIT, I am a leader in my market. I am responsible for building fellow leaders in my company, whether they are in my region or across the coast. My position requires me to:- Be instrumental in training market leaders how to drive results through clear measurable goals that effect all areas of the business.- Communicate companies goals to multiple locations from San Diego to Los Angeles, and assist in strategy building to reach said goals. - Ensuring operations run smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently while meeting budget and sales goals assisting with 11 separate locations.- Teaching Time Management. Working with multiple stores and managers across the market, coordinate visiting these stores from time to time. - Assisting managers to create schedules, order supplies and reporting. - Teach managers and supervisors how to recruit, hire, and train top talent to encourage my companies growth.- Train team how to delegate, influence, and produce leaders in their locations. - Hold management accountable for results, motivating them to consistently grow our people. - Teaching outside the box thinking, to constantly comp previous numbers, creating strategies that allow team to get results with ease. - Touch base with my peers to teach work-life balance, as well as how to have courageous conversations that although sometimes difficult, will allow us to build our team to be stronger coaches and players.
