• Project 1: Led a cross-functional business development team spanning two divisions (ASD and AWM) and multiple functional roles including Health Care Systems, ASD Marketing, AWM Marketing, Sales Leadership, warehouse operations, packaging, regulatory, and quality to introduce a negative pressure wound therapy device into the orthopedic sales channel. This project is essential to emphasizing Smith & Nephew’s unique value proposition as a holistic surgical solution company.o This project resulted in a multiple phase business plan proposal presentation and financial analysis concluding with recommendations for customer targeting, value proposition, and sales tactics.• Project 2: Developing business plan proposals for three new products to supplement and further complete the JOURNEY II product pipeline. Business plan proposals include extensive market research to determine customer need, anticipated financial outcomes, and appropriate customer segmentation.• Project 3: Assisted in preparing product launch materials, holding customer meetings, and supplementing product managers at medical education events surrounding the newest product launches of JOURNEY II BCS and JOURNEY II CR.

-Project 1: Led cross-functional effort to evaluate over 250 government grants for external technologies applicable to Smith & Nephew Orthopedics, Endoscopy, and Advanced Healing business units.
