Current-Ensure effectiveness of bi-weekly payroll procedure and accounting, benefits and retirement security programs, time and attendance administration, and Keyence’s compliance with federal, state, and local municipality tax regulations and laws.-Manage the payroll and benefits transactional aspects of the role, including legal/compliance documentation, ad-hoc reporting, maintenance of internal systems and organizational infrastructure.-Interface, proactively drive accountability, and build strong business partnership with internal departments, senior management, and various external and benefits vendors.-Analyze market trends and best practice to maximize pay and benefits programs’ competitiveness, employee and business impact, as well as internal equity.
