Summary:Responsible for the recruitment efforts of the network office. This process includes the sourcing, recruitment and selection of financial sales representatives and staff members, supervision and accountability management of the recruiting team and overseeing process management. Additional responsibilities include:• Build quality relationships in the community and in the network office to promote the Northwestern Mutual career opportunity in order to generate referrals and develop centers of influence. • Manage and track all recruiting activity for the entire department• Direct and supervise the recruiting activities of the campus recruiter and the recruiting coordinator• Create and execute the network office recruiting plan to reach activity and production goals. • Develop quality lead strategies from sources, including referrals, internet, advertising, career fairs, etc.• Expand campus recruiting efforts via career center and club/organization interaction including alumni candidates• Guide candidates through a five-step interview process while also completing responsibility for all phone screens, initial interviews and coordination of further conversations with the management team• Participate in company and industry training programs while working to improve the recruiting and selection skills of the entire leadership team
