Promoted from Director to MG Director Jan 2024. I led the nationally aligned sales engineering teams: Public Sector (including E-RATE), Channel, and Managed Services. I represent Crown Castle nationally at channel trade shows and as a panelist in TSD sponsored events and technology summits. I am the POC for channel managers nationally for large deal qualification and estimating and I support partner enablement and onboarding through networking, knowledge share presentations, and joint customer presentations and meetings.Sales Enablement: In addition to supporting solutions engineering, I also hold an active role in sales enablement, including wireframing systems and the opportunity lifecycle structures for sales engineering. I facilitate sales and engineering training workshops, leveraging gamification and team conversations, knowledge checks, and varied presentation materials to appeal to all learning styles. I also organize and present at sales onboarding events and mentor new teammates.Value-creation initiatives: I work cross-functionally to identify business improvement opportunities, and then drive the changes through their lifecycle to implementation. I use milestone trackers and reporting, and delegate tasks to team and outside stakeholders. These initiatives drove efficiency improvements needing to scale without hiring as well as a 20% decrease in our cost model for Ethernet services.

Crown Castle is making the investment in the partner sales channel, and part of that investment created a new team of dedicated sales engineers. This team designs complex solutions that span Crown Castle’s product portfolio: fully-managed Versa SD-WAN, purpose-built fiber networks, and highly resilient private optical networks. This team is nationally staffed to support multi-territory TSB/TSD and partner sales management.

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Crown Castle, I was responsible for pre-sale engineering for Northeast direct and indirect sales. I engineered large, multi-site networks using both traditional ethernet solutions but also Crown’s Versa SD-WAN product. I met customers in-person and virtually to understand their network requirements, build relationships, and make sure they were comfortable with the solution we proposed. I also designed optical solutions on Ciena’s OME6500 platform.

In this role I focused on growing my department with process, integration, and efficiency improvements so to minimize the headcount required to support the company's growth. I managed and implemented system level changes, network integrations, new technologies, and M&A activity while managing day-to-day provisioning activities across ethernet and optical infrastructure.
