I lead the development of key regional projects, including the Regional Active Transportation Plan, Local Roadway Safety Plan, Transportation Network Vulnerability Assessment, Sixth Cycle Multijurisdictional Housing Element, and the Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) Grant Programs. In this role, I serve as a key liaison to local government staff, stakeholders, and state partners, fostering collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of complex regional initiatives. I actively engage with the community through diverse outreach efforts, public hearings, and virtual events, while preparing comprehensive staff reports, technical documents, and presentations for committees and the Governing Board. Additionally, my work involves grant writing, and research and analysis of state and federal legislation impacting transportation, land use, and housing planning.

I manage a variety of regional planning projects, including the Program Environmental Impact Report for the Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy, Regional Housing Need Allocation, Multijurisdictional Housing Element, and the Circuit Planner and Engineer Program. I also assist with large-scale initiatives such as the Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy, VMT Mitigation Study, Active Transportation Plan, and Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) Grant Programs. Additionally, I serve as a liaison to local government staff, stakeholders, and state partners to ensure effective collaboration on key regional projects.

I work on a variety of energy efficiency programs for various clients across California. Programs include San Francisco Energy Watch, Bay Area Regional Energy Network Home Upgrade, and Southern California Edison and Southern California Gas Energy Upgrade California. My role in these programs include processing rebate applications, managing energy efficiency retrofits from start to finish, conducting on-site inspections, maintaining program forms and documents, and contractor support and recruitment. Other program activities include training participating contractors, database management, processing rebate checks, and staying current with California building code and CPUC requirements. Skills acquired include client relations, public speaking, database management, data analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and customer service. I also serve as a Proposal Coordinator for ICF's Western Energy Efficiency Line of Business, where I work closely with upper management and various technical authors to ensure timely development of high quality proposals. I'm responsible for managing the proposal timeline, ensuring each proposal meets all requirements, formats and reviews the final document, and submits the proposal. Skills developed include teamwork, document development, communication, strict time management, and advanced Microsoft Word skills.
