A career educator and leader in San Diego County for over 17 years, I hold multiple certificates and credentials from San Diego State University and worked with some of the most influential thought leaders in education during my post graduate studies. My background in elementary education and leadership gives me unique insights and skills to serve and support the community in my role as a solution focused AE with Heinemann Publishing. Truly dedicated to teachers, I am an active member and supporter of many non-profits that directly impact and serve educators across the state of CA. Outside of my work building partnerships with districts and schools, I continue to serve through several Employee Resource Groups with the HMH/Heinemann company, including the Asian Heritage & Advocacy, Pride LGBTQ + Allies, Women Empowerment, and I a current 2024 member of the HMH Culture24 Focus Group working for continued progress and companywide growth in equity, access, and support for all.
