Plan and execute events free for students, with funding from Michigan State’s UAB.

Volunteer for a food bank. I worked on organizing and packaging donations for distribution among my community. I learned management skills and self-motivation through this volunteer experience.

Part-time retail sales ambassador. Through this job, I learned excellent customer service, point-of-sale operations, and stockroom management. This job was a great introduction to a company community and taught me numerous lifelong skills of working together with varieties of people. Continued as a seasonal employee for my Freshman and Sophomore breaks

Leader-In-Training. I was a camp counselor for one summer. I taught young women ages 5-14 life skills that aim to empower women from a young age. I learned how to responsibly conduct a group of people in a compassionate manner and helped build lifelong friendships with my campers. My responsibilities included team building, conflict resolution, project management, and decision-making. Completed two years of volunteer temp staffing post LIT year.
