• Inputing all transaction of home office to Oracle systems• Monitoring payment to supplier, account payables and account receivables• Review accounts for discrepancies and reconciles the differences• Preparing adjusting journal entries of home office financial statements• Check and control the data supporting of accounting transaction• Prepare home office Financial Statement, TB, GL, listing• Prepare data monthly Income taxation to submit to tax division and do a reconciliation and equalization between GL and Monthly Tax Report• Prepare Analysis of home office parent company and subsidiaries• Prepare Management Fee Calculation including checking on PO & Sales from subsidiaries• Liase with External Audit • Prepare data for third party

• Preparing VAT report and calculation• Prepare all sales and purchase report• Input all expenses and bank report• Prepare corporate withholding tax (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), PPH 25) calculation and payment• Budgeting for tax payment• Inputing E-Faktur & ID Billing

• Conducting financial banking transaction both cash and non-cash• Conducting foreign exchange transaction• Build and maintain customer engagement• Inform the latest banking products and regulations to customer

• Inputing all sales transaction into General Ledger System• Prepare Tax Invoice • Update the merchandise Inventory
