Brankas is a tech startup focusing its business in providing the tech tools to enable the open API implementation in Southeast Asia. I handled the compliance and commercial legal matters in Indonesia. Heavily managed Brankas’s BAU:- managing the commercial legal matters for the partnership with third party- developing the privacy law implementation for the services offered by the Company (mainly related to consent, access to customer’s data, data encryption) with main reference to GDPR as Indonesia has not had its privacy law yet.Learnt a lot about open API and technical side of it based on the regulation and implementation of it in the EU level (PSD2).
